We have one last pair remaining. They are a Perfect testing average 3,000/3,000 + 3,000/3,000 Gm (+/- 1.7% deviation )
PRIVATE-STOCK TUBE MUSEUM TUBES are reserved for our select customers, and not for sale to the general public, without inquiry.
Telefunken ECC82 12AU7 low-noise perfect pair NOS from 1960's small Telefunken logo tubes - SMOOTH PLATE DESIGN for that smooth quiet musical sound reproduction.
NEW Authentic un-numbered Boxes displayed are included.
There silk-screen print is all but gone, but it's what they test that is most important - you listen to tubes for quietness, sound-stage, and accurate reproduction of sound, not look at them once they are installed!
These tubes actually sound better than the Telefunken Ulm W.Germany ECC802S which in my opinion exhibits a "compressed" sound-stage and in today's inflated tube market cost avg. $550 for each tube! THE ECC802S do sound more sterile, and not as musical as the early small-logo ECC82 from Berlin. That's because the ECC802S was developed for Broadcast stations that require a "compressed" signal for radio in cars and homes that sometimes only had a single speaker!
Diamond numbers are < 21/2> and <03/2>.
10.0mA/10.0mA & 9.8/9.8mA with 3,000/2,950 & 2,950/2,950 GM that's 136%/133% & 133%/133% (2,200/2,200 = 100% manufacturer data) VERY STRONG TESTING TUBES AND SOUND WONDERFUL IN OUR CONRAD JOHNSON PV10A.
Amplitrex AT-1000 test results: zero (0) heater-to-cathode leaks & zero (0) microphonics.
On our Hickok and Triplett Tests they test @ 3,000/3,000 + 3,000/3,000 Gm!
These are RARE and never to be seen again with these stellar test measurements which are tight @ 3,000/3,000 + 3,000/3,000 Gm (+/- less than 2% deviation )
